Chia Quinoa Breakfast Parfait

I am generally an eggs for breakfast kind of girl, but every so often I like to mix it up and enjoy a nice, cold, fruity breakfast.


Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. Sweet Almond Quinoa
2 Tbsp. yogurt (I like to use a nice vanilla Greek yogurt)
2 Tbsp. vanilla chia seed pudding
1 Tbsp. hemp hearts
¼ cup fresh berries

Directions:
Layer the ingredients in a small jar or container, in the order listed, above and enjoy!

Serves 1.
