Quick and Easy Caramel Sauce

Caramel sauce is the perfect topping for a scoop of ice cream in the summer, and it only takes a few minute to make!


Ingredients:

1 cup packed brown sugar

½ cup whipping cream

¼ cup salted butter

½ tsp. vanilla powder



Directions:
Put all ingredients in a large sauce pan over medium-low heat, whisking often until ingredients are well blended and sugar is melting.
Continue to cook for 5-7 minutes, whisking occasionally, until sauce is smooth.



Makes 1 cup.
