Ingredients:
3 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 cup vanilla almond milk
Directions:
1. Put the chia seeds and milk in a small container.
2. Using a fork, mix for about 5 minutes, until the clumps of chia seeds are spread out and there are no large globs in the bottom of the container.
3. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy.
Makes 1 cup.
